Welcome to your 20 min Full Body HIIT workout. As always, you won't need any equipment, just yourself, a mat, some water and some motivation for this session. We will start out with a 2 minute warmup, followed by 10 different exercises. We will do 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off and we have 2 rounds of these 10 exercises, so 20 minute in total. I will explain everything in the video and you can see a preview of the next exercise in the top left corner when we have a 15 seconds break. Get ready to move, sweat and feel amazing!
