This 30 min leg and hip flexibility yoga flow is perfect for you if you are looking for a way to increase mobility in your lower body and gain overall body awareness. With these movements you will be able to not only release physical blockages, but since we tend to store lots of negative feelings in our lower body, you will also be able to let go of some of these heavy emotions through opening up your legs and hip area.
In this yoga sequence it's really important to be very mindful of your breath, as your breath is always your anchor and brings you back into the present moment when your mind begins to wander. Through deep in- and exhales you will be able to release the tension in your lower body and increase your flexibility at the same time.
